Cancelling Or Rescheduling Your Appointment
If you need to cancel or reschedule your MRI scan appointment, please contact us as soon as possible using the details above.
Where sufficient notice is given, we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling without charge. What constitutes sufficient notice will be explained to you at the time of booking.
Late Cancellations And Non-Attendance
If an appointment is cancelled at short notice or you fail to attend your appointment, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee or withhold part or all of the appointment fee.
Late cancellation terms, including applicable charges, will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
Refunds
Refunds may be available in the following circumstances:
- The appointment is cancelled by us and no suitable alternative is offered
- The MRI scan cannot be safely carried out due to factors identified on the day of the appointment
- Exceptional circumstances, assessed on a case-by-case basis
Any approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible.
